What types of trademarks cannot be registered in the Benelux?

You cannot register a trademark if it is offensive or goes against moral values, or if it poses a threat to public order. Additionally, flags and emblems of countries, states, and international organizations are protected and cannot be registered. Generic terms and marks that look like a map of a place are also not allowed for registration.
