Examination – The trademark office reviews the application for clarity, classification, formality, descriptiveness, conflicts, deceptiveness, and distinctiveness. -
Publication – The application details are published in the Danish Trademarks Gazette, including the mark, goods/services, applicant's name, citizenship, address, application date and number, priority claim, trademark representation, and full file access. -
Registration – The application must successfully address any challenges and oppositions to be registered.
