You can cancel a registration for the following reasons:

• Bad intentions


• Failure to meet usage requirements under Section VIII.A


• Prohibited marks in Hungary


• Misleading use of the mark


• Contains a public badge or emblem


• Conflicts with moral standards and public policy


• Use of a geographical name


• Mark is too common or generic


• Rights to a personal name


• Registered design rights


• Trade name rights


• Use of a protected symbol, flag, or emblem


• Mark is functional, lacks distinctiveness, or is misleading, deceptive, or disparaging
