In Ireland, the trademark application process consists of three stages:
-
Examination – Your application is reviewed for compliance, clarity, classification, potential conflicts, deceptiveness, descriptiveness, and distinctiveness. -
Publication – Details of your application, including the trademark, your name and address, and the application date and number, are published online. -
Registration – The application undergoes prosecution, and if there are no oppositions, the trademark is officially registered.
