In Lithuania, trademark law does not allow the registration of the following types of marks:
- Marks that conflict with moral standards or disrupt public order
- Generic terms or commonly used words
- Marks that incorporate flags, names, or symbols of international organizations or countries, states, or regions
- Marks that lack distinctiveness
- Marks that include the name or surname of a well-known person
