What types of trademarks cannot be registered in Poland?

The following types of trademarks cannot be registered:

• Trademarks that violate moral standards or public order


• Trademarks made up of common words or terms with broad meanings


• Trademarks featuring flags, symbols, or names of international organizations, regions, states, or nations without proper authorization


• Trademarks that do not have distinctiveness


• Trademarks that primarily identify a geographic location
