The application process involves the following steps:

1. 
   Examination – After submitting the application to the trademark office, it will be reviewed for formality, deceptiveness, classification, descriptiveness, and distinctiveness.


2. 
   Publication – The application details will be made available online and in print for public viewing. This allows third parties to oppose the application. Published details include the mark, goods/services, application number and date, applicant's name and address, priority claim, and class number.


3. 
   Registration – After completing the prosecution process, overcoming any oppositions, and ensuring no other refusal grounds exist, the authorities will issue the registration.
