Who is allowed to challenge my trademark application in Venezuela?

Anyone can challenge a trademark application if it's based on absolute grounds, such as if the trademark lacks distinctiveness, is just a color, or is the name of a currency.

For challenges based on relative grounds, the person opposing must show they have a legal interest in the matter.
