Owners of a registered trademark have the following rights:

- The right to request the cancellation of any confusingly similar registrations
- The right to take legal action against third parties for infringement
- The right to seek damages or compensation from those who infringe on the trademark
- The right to license the trademark to others
- The right to request customs to seize counterfeit goods with the trademark
- The right to challenge third parties who create a transliterated version of the trademark
