What types of trademarks cannot be registered in Cambodia?

The following types of trademarks cannot be registered:

• Trademarks that violate moral standards or disrupt public order


• Common or generic terms


• Symbols, flags, or names associated with countries, states, or international organizations


• Trademarks that lack distinctiveness


• Trademarks that are simply surnames


• Trademarks that are just names of geographic locations
