Yes, you can cancel a registered mark if:
- it infringes on someone else's rights,
- there's a breach of contract,
- it's found to be non-registrable (see non-registrable marks), or it violates Article 6bis, Article 6ter, Article 6septies, and Article 8 of the Paris Convention,
- it's misleading, deceptive, immoral, etc.
