Do I need to submit a regular statement of use for my trademark in Mexico?

If your trademark was registered after August 10, 2018, you are required to submit a declaration of use three years after the registration date. Additionally, every trademark must include a declaration of use when renewing the registration, which occurs 10 years from the registration date.
