You need to use the trademark within 3 years of its registration date. If your trademark was registered after August 10, 2018, you also have to submit a declaration of use 3 years after registration.

If you don't use the trademark for 3 years in a row, your registration can be canceled. To meet the requirements, the trademark must be used in business, and the business activity must take place in Mexico.

To renew your trademark, you must submit a declaration of use with your renewal application.
