If you've received a trademark notice of opposition, it means someone else thinks your trademark shouldn't be registered and has challenged it at the trademark office.

Receiving a notice of opposition doesn't mean you've lost your trademark, but you must submit a Trademark Defense to keep the registration process going. Make sure to do this within the specified timeframe.
