What actions are necessary to fulfill the trademark usage requirement in Vietnam?

A trademark must be used in commerce within a five-year period. The usage can be minimal but must meet these criteria:

• The mark should be attached to goods, their packaging, business methods, or service-related documents.


• The mark should be used in the distribution, advertising, or storage for sale of goods.


• The mark should be used in the importation of goods.
