What occurs if a Madrid System application faces an objection or opposition?

If your trademark application faces an objection or opposition in any of the chosen countries, we will promptly notify you to decide if you want to address the issue. Please note that the cost for this service is separate from the fee for submitting the Madrid System application. While the objection or opposition is being resolved, the trademark registration process is paused and will only proceed if the response is approved by the Trademarks Office in the respective country.
