Can a registration in Oman be canceled?

Registration can be canceled for the following reasons:

• The mark is a geographical indication


• The mark is misleading, deceptive, or offensive


• The mark lacks distinctiveness


• Infringement of flags, armorial bearings, or other state symbols


• Registration by an agent or representative without authorization


• The mark goes against public policy or moral standards


• The mark was registered with dishonest intentions
